Yes, receipts in the Amex and 6 carts threads. Just spent a half mill on our new 4200 sqft house, drive a Tesla, 2 Rolex 2 omegas, 2 kids, and we just became landlords using our llc as of last week to rent out our starter home for a passive $1700 per month in income. Headed to Disney World in September but no international trips this year since the new house eats up a lot of bandwidth until my wife graduates in august with her masters in biology
stop teasing (no :dame:) and post your toys in the show room threads breh

I make over 100k and I am the bread winner. I was never the splurging type on cars clothes etc...

I already have a mortgage two car notes all kids in private school I have crypto funds and Ira n stocks student loans.

I don't know what else you expect. Over 100k ain't shyt. The big bucks is when you at 200k or have outside income besides your job.

I should hopefully have my first investment property this year or early next year.

Last year I pulled in about $220k zero debt..rent $2300, lease a VW for $400, Im separated give my wife 1k a month and pay my son’s daycare about 1k a month. Half season tickets for the Knicks about 2k for those. Eat at home 80% of the time. Two vacations a year. My wife usually picks up the hotel and I pay for the flights and everything else. Just went to Aruba in April. Buy new kicks and relatively expensive clothes ie Polo, ALD….still save and invest $3500 a month.

Making over 100k offers you your base needs being met and a few additional luxuries. I still save 25% of my income, still invest. I will pay for conveniences and fancy food, but it's not like I go crazy.

Actually my base salary with my new role is low 200s now so maybe that will change but I don't expect to drastically change my spending habits.

Yes I do I don’t make enough money

I have a 2020 Benz AmG with a 27.7% apr

Two cellphones one for the thots and the other for business

Gym membership that I only use once every blue moon for the eye candy

50,000 in cc debt from splurging on clothes, bottle service expensive dinners with the ladies

Student loan debt from my MBA and bachelors degrees

I also pay 2500 a month to live close to work so I won’t have to commute

Take a vacation every summer to the tropics to get away from white supremacy and Americanized women

I never cook my own meals or go out to get them and instead just DoorDash everything. No tip because I’m trying to save money

Can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong?
As for what you’re doing wrong where to begin lol. You’re paying 27.7% for a new Benz. What’s your credit score? You have 50k in credit card debt, plus undergraduate debt, plus MBA debt, plus car debt. What’s the interest on the credit card debt?

Long story short you need to get real about your finances. This is embarrassing. You’ll never be able to out earn your desires. You need to make decisions about what’s actually important to you. If you want the Benz fine, what are you going to give up? You don’t make enough. Just reading your post makes my blood boil lol.

We have had a moratorium on student loan payments for like 2 years and still you’re in massive debt. Once student loan payments start back up you’re going to be in even more debt. Tbh, I hope this is a troll account. If I were you, I’d sell the Benz. Stop paying rent, and move in with my parents. If that’s not an option, I’d get roommates. I’d cut out all the silly spending and focus on paying down credit card debt. I’d also work very hard and try to earn more.

Financially you’re disaster. You could make double and still be screwed because you have no idea of how to live within your means. You should be saving, building wealth and getting yourself in the position to make major investments. I stead you’re trying to impress people who couldn’t care less with a lifestyle you can’t afford. At this rate you’ll be on the corporate treadmill for your entire life. And you’ll never have a chance to own a home or build wealth.

I make over 100K. I live my life the exact same as when I was making 30-50K. Same spot on the Raleigh for the past 12 years. townhouse 900 a month (675 when I first moved in). Main reason I haven't moved. It makes too much sense to stay put and stack money until otherwise.

The interest rate on his new car tells you all you need to know. 27.7% is unreal. Tbh, he’s probably trolling us. But in general by just knowing the interest rate someone is paying you can know what their credit history is. If I bought a car because my credit score is good my interest rate would be vastly lower than that.
