Do YOU have a "Professional" Looking Jumpshot Form?

That’s just my set jump shot. My natural release is much quicker and I actually get much more height off the floor

Seriously tho, I grew up on emulating Jordan's shot and it works for me. Matter of fact, I started working on my off hand at the free throw line. Up to 80% as of today and getting consistency to three.

I remember awhile back when I was working in a youth detention center I was observing the kids shooting basketball in the gym. Not an actual game, just shooting.
You can tell most of them were terrible at ball just by their jumpshot form. But there was 1 kid who stood out to me. He stood out because his jumpshot form looked "professional". Very nice form. I could tell just by his shot form that he had organized basketball experience. I later talked to him and it turned out that he played on his Varsity high school team.
You can tell alot off rip just by how a person shoots the ball. I mean some people look flat out stupid when shooting a basketball. Hell, I guess that would be the MAJORITY of the population would if you randomly gave them a bball and told em to shoot.
I know there's dudes in the pros who got funky jumpsuits but most times they aren't "shooters" or they're big men whose hands are too big for the ball.
So how does your jump shot look? Would we assume you could ball off the strength of your jump shot form or would we assume you're trash on some

i have terrible muscle memory so i takes me about 10 minutes of shooting around to find my "good" form. Otherwise i have a bad tendency to twist my wrist at the end of my shot, veering the ball off ever so slightly.

man i was at the gym last week and hit a game winning threeand this asian dude on the other team comes up and tells me i shoot like paul millsap. i was like
that's such a random comparison, millsap's shooting form isn't unique enough to be notable... so i ask the dude if hes saying i have good shooting form.
he gives me theand says hes never seen paul millsap play so he doesnt know, and then he just walked away

i am probably the only person on this site who could actually have played in the nba. i got back from shooting earlier and some little kid came up to me and said that he remembered me from shooting before because i just be out there raining j's from all over the goddamn court. got mufukkas recordin and taking pics and shyt, so sometimes i will miss on purpose so it doesn't seem like i'm some kind of douchebag, but yes, i got it like that brehs. @Claudex
