My form ugly as fukk but it goes in so. The beauty of it is my form so ugly that nikkas continually leave me open thinking it won’t go in. In my prime I was automatic to college 3.

Wow this explains so much, I used to shoot like this before I fixed my shot. My best friend growing up was a huge KG fan. I must've picked it up without realizing.

I filmed myself shooting and didn't like it so I switched to setting the ball directly in front of my right eye.

My form is similar to Horford's.
I don't know if it's a bone structure problem but I've been paying attention to Korver's form and his wrist bends close to 90 degree, I can barely bend mine 20 degree, so it's impossible for me to have my elbow aligned with my nose or whatever.

I used to change my form a lot trying to find the one I'm most comfortable with. I tried Stocktons', Penny's, Kemp's, AI's..etc. I went as far as shooting with my left hand. it looks decent now, but my release is not very fast.

I remember awhile back when I was working in a youth detention center I was observing the kids shooting basketball in the gym. Not an actual game, just shooting.

You can tell most of them were terrible at ball just by their jumpshot form. But there was 1 kid who stood out to me. He stood out because his jumpshot form looked "professional". Very nice form. I could tell just by his shot form that he had organized basketball experience. I later talked to him and it turned out that he played on his Varsity high school team.

You can tell alot off rip just by how a person shoots the ball. I mean some people look flat out stupid when shooting a basketball. Hell, I guess that would be the MAJORITY of the population would if you randomly gave them a bball and told em to shoot.

I know there's dudes in the pros who got funky jumpsuits but most times they aren't "shooters" or they're big men whose hands are too big for the ball.

So how does your jump shot look? Would we assume you could ball off the strength of your jump shot form or would we assume you're trash on some

I imagined my Elbow going in the rim first, follow through and imagine my hand going in the rim.

I know it sounds weird but that's what I'm thinking when I shoot.

The biggest thing to me is foot placement and the proper bounce before you release the ball.
