For my other girls if it happened they would blame the dude and just not talk to him again but have no issue bringing other bfs around. But this particular friend, got funny about it. Make women uncomfortable out of all the complaints I've heard throughout the years, it was NEVER that I made women I was speaking to uncomfortable. The other guy who said it can be awkward when things don't go the way the girl wants it to go after we get together is a valid point I didn't really think about before, but this here is nonsense.

You've exampled two incidents in two separate environments where your behavior has caused some sort of negative reaction toward you. At work they had to "get you off the line" and your friends stopped inviting you to gatherings. I'm not saying your behavior is wrong, but perhaps you should consider modifying it based on where you are.

At a club or bar where there are multiple women, flirting with all is cool, in more intimate or professional settings, based on what you said, it doesn't appear to be a good thing.
