Well u.gonna have to.do.like me and go.the extra mile.

Do calf raises on the stairs.

Go.in then out then straight.


Then do seated calf raises same way.

This has helped my calves tremendously. One of the greatest advice I've ever gotten.



People think it's the stretch at the bottom no it's the hold at the top that makes your calves work.
Is there a video on this in out straight method; oh and any more tips for bigger more defined calves?

Squat with weights like dude in that vid Will posted...but I put a towel on my upper back/shoulders so the bar doesn't hurt as much. Squatting at about 65 lbs and dead lifting at around 85 lbs. I do 3 reps of 12 for each.

I do them strictly out of necessity. If I could get away with not doing squats, I wouldn't do the shyt.

Same thing goes for leg press.
Really? Leg press is my fave. I hate doing arms - push ups, pull ups etc...HATE it.

Week 1
10 20 30 with a 10 second rest between

Week 2
20 30 40 10 sec rest between

Week 3 20 second rest
30 40 50

Etc etc etc

Would assume that's most peoples most enjoyable leg exercise. (I like pullups and pushups and most bodyweight exercises).

No single exercise is necessary, some are just more efficient. People could get by without squats if they really wanted to.

Body weight until you get form down. Move to the bar only and work on form. I say that not knowing how strong you are generally but no sense in trying to move weight if your form isn't optimal for you.
This. Also one advice I can give about squats is whenever you feel even a slight pain in the lower back whilst doing it stop immediately.

My squat isn't progressing as well as my other lifts because I'm super cautious with it. I increase the weight slowly and make sure my form is on point. Back pain isn't something you wanna fukk with.
