twice a week I do about 225 10 x 4 with some front squats too.

my calves suck tho i got strolic quads but it looks like i dont train legs cuz my calves are skinny. Idk why but they're a stubborn body part for me.


but yeah...gotta squat.

Get some vans and go deep :win:

I go below parallel, but i do need some vans.

calves are just stubborn for me, I'm 6'1 but i have seen people my height with decent calves. maybe its just genetics.

Well u.gonna have to.do.like me and go.the extra mile.

Do calf raises on the stairs.

Go.in then out then straight.


Then do seated calf raises same way.

This has helped my calves tremendously. One of the greatest advice I've ever gotten.



People think it's the stretch at the bottom no it's the hold at the top that makes your calves work.

im really trying to get the hang of sqauts but when i do em too much my knees get :flabbynsick: i think my form is messed up. i stick to other leg exercises but id really like to pick it back up for the reasons listed in here

your form is bad....

drive your heels back and into the ground...you should feel it in your hamstrings
