Man I forgot how much of a difference doing squats with heavy weight made.

Did 3 sets 8 of 295 and I feel like I can be on the field again. Shame on me for taking it for granted.

Don't skip leg day!

your form is bad....

drive your heels back and into the ground...you should feel it in your hamstrings

i try but i dont get how im supposed to do that. i always feel it in my quads and core only. and even then sometimes i can do like 50 reps and not even be sore the next day

I finally got it when someone told me to do a body weight squat w/ either my hands behind my head, or straight in front of me.
It forces you to with your ass.

Racked up 295 again today like this is my new normal :myman:

Missed the first rep and got my life saved by the pins :damn:

Ended up finishing the workout though, something just went very wrong on the first rep.
