We study insects and all types of microorganisms. We farm plants and animals for resources. Why is it unfathomable that there are aliens that would study Earth for science experiments and farming or harvesting?

Radar could affect their craft, weather storms etc.. Just think they could of had a development where they never had cars oils airplanes etc...

You putting your standards on light travel on them who to say that their travel capabilities across distance is the same for them. I mean the military release footage of a flying object going from 20k to below sea level in less than 1 second.

What they look for is the change in a stars light signature when a planet transits across its face. I think the word is spectroscopy. Thats how they tell what stars are made of. This is one of experiments it was designed for.

Sounds crazy but its legit. They cant actually see the planet though.

lol, the answer I want most in life before I check out is whether there is other life in the universe. I think it's likely, and even probable however I need hard evidence before considering it settled.

I find that most that believe in stuff like aliens have visited haven't done a lot of research into the varying theories about it, as far as likelihood and such from various physicists, etc. They go by what they "want" instead of what has actually been proven.

My motto is a body or a ship, as far as the issue being resolved.

Well bro hard evidence will be tough lol but considering we exist, and considering that there are an unfathomable amount of planets, galaxies and clusters, it's mathemetically common sense to assume we aren't the only life there is.

Yes, it's stupid that I've read about may theories over the years from physicists who spend their lives studying the universe and such. You got me! Also, reading comprehension is key. I said that it's one thing to believe that life elsewhere is likely and even probable, but another to have the evidence to say it with certainty. I can believe it all I want, but it's not satisfying until I have the hard evidence. Before you try being a smartass, maybe try to absorb what someone is saying first - lol.
