Shut ya old funky azz up.. you should be advocating for ppl to force their government to change the culture of “working” in America.. you shouldn’t be forced to work any job just to raise your family in America..Work should be optional and universal income should take care of everybody basic living needs

What a lot of ya'll are missing is that it's not the leaving of the jobs per se that is ultimately detrimental, it’s the mindset. The "I'll leave whenever I am mildly inconvenienced or when I feel like it" mindset isn't something you can turn off or turn on. That mindset transfer to your whole life.

When a major opportunity comes your way you won't just miraculously become a hard worker with a great work ethic who will grind it out until you achieve success. You ultimately fumble the bag because you are use to giving up and have no work ethic.

Like I said before, we hire both young and older people. But we never hire older people with good work ethic. Do you know why? Because their peers that have good work ethic have achieved a certain amount of success that does require them to have the same job as 20 year olds.
Are you replacing long work hours, no work life balance, wages that can't support living comfortably in your city, abusive customers & managers as "mildly inconvenienced"? :mjlol:

I'd argue the mindset that you need to endure those things is the detrimental one, especially to mental health :yeshrug:

How is this going to work. Ya'll don't want to do the flunky jobs now. You think ya'll going to do them when you're getting UBI? :deadrose:

4 day work weeks suck ass. If you work 4 8's you losing 8 hrs of pay. If you work 4 tens you losing 2 hrs of sun or sleep for 4 days. On ya first day off you gonna be tired as hell. So technically you still only got 2 days ff.

:mjlol::mjlol:makes no sense, include getting ready, transportation/traffic and your 8 hour work shift already becomes a 12 hour shift of going to work, working, and leaving work. you might as well compact that into 4 days and have 3 days off.

So your job does economic exploitation and not pay a living wage. Nice to know. :unimpressed:

Nah, raise wages and make a work environment stable, before you can make poor people stay poor in these low wage jobs.
