Those are Natives Indians, most of the Hispanics , carry only a percentage of their actual DNA, if you check most Hispanics they are carrying majority Iberian/European genes meanwhile if you DNA test these individuals in the pictures they will have very little European DNA in them, if anything they will have more Native and a higher percentage of Asian DNA due to the migration from Asia. Now, Hispanics aren't a race in my opinion, I'm Hispanic but I look just like your regular nikka off the block, I got ~48% Iberian/European Blood in me but I'm prob most likely darker than you and I don't look like any regular hispanic off the street. I'm Black through and through but If i want to claim it, my ethnicity can easily be Hispanic origin a well, but I claim black because I didn't grow up in the culture or came from Dominican Republic, it is only by blood.what would you call this?

I would call them LATINOS or Hispanic Latinos.
They're indigenous. Maybe mestizo but they look mostly native.
The "Hispanic" in this context is referring to the mestizos (Native/European mix). Most Hispanics are mixed, not monoracial.

There really isn't. The only confusion comes from Americans who want to group all Hispanic people together. You think a Puerto Rican has problems identifying another Puerto Rican from a Mexican, nah, that's us. You think an LA Mexican can't tell the difference between his folks and say a PR from the Bronx or an Ecuadorian? And the same racism is practiced in Latin Countries so no confusion.
