You guys should try working in the restaurant industry :pachaha:

Why the fukk would you wash your meat? Mind you I went to culinary school and have a serve safe certification. If you think running meat under water is going to save you from food borne illnesses then try doing that and not cooking it to the correct temp and see how sick you get.

Cooking meat to the correct temperature and avoiding cross contamination is the only way to kill bacteria, period.

Although its good to go over chicken and check for any loose feathers, discoloration and general gross shyt but if you find any of that(aside from maybe a feather or something) the best thing to do is throw it out anyways

Nah. I wash all my fruits and vegetables. Especially if I'm eating them raw but you nikkas wash the bacteria and germs from the meat into your sink than use that same sink to watch your veggies spreading cross-contamination.
