If so, why?

The shyt is just a suspension of processed toxic goo that has no nutritional value, lowers your metabolism and leads to obesity, lower bone density, and tooth decay. That goes for all processed sugary drinks

There's no reason to drink them. Water, tea, and the occasional juice. :ahh:

:childplease: you know nothing about nutrition, only reason why pop would be bad for someone is if they're obese and if they are dehydrated before drinking it

there's millions of life long pop drinkers who die at late age (ala 80-100) and only in a critical condition 2-3 years before death

I drink soda rarely, usually like on holidays. Is there a way to make your own soda? That's what I'm wondering. Cuz the part I like about soda is the bubbliness :yeshrug:.

I've cleaned up my eating habits a lot in the last 5 years but soda is the one thing I haven't been able to shake. Pepsi is delicious brehs :to:

Actually nah I don't care that much about making my own soda. I don't crave it enough to warrant a purchase. Just occasional seltzer water will do.

at least shyt like juice is good because of vitamins, even though its not great in terms of nutrition for slimming down and has sugar as well. so a great juice drink for someone who is not trying to get very low body fat, is fresh squeezed juice without any preservatives artificial flavors or sugar

soda is literally junk.

it's simply fukking carbohydrates

unless you're consuming 5,000-6,000 calories a day or more and not doing any physical exercise or movement it aint gonna harm you

only difference between juice and pop is that juice has vitamin c, one of the easiest vitamins to get and we get an over abundance of it daily and just piss that shyt right out (apparently)

you all need to quit being such sheep to the media and these tv doctors

and lol @ victor using personal trainers/dietitians as a resource :laff: medical industry is designed to give you bad advice

not saying pop is beneficial, obviously it is just carbohydrates, but it aint gonna harm you unless you are already unhealthy

yes and 1-2 cans a day, i drink a lot of fluid though, tons of water and juice. I work out too and go to the gym.

Personally if i can't enjoy life then wtf am i living it for. I don't want to be 80, healthy as fuk, dying of nothing, soda isn't going to kill you.

I drink the occasional soda, but I'm diabetic, so no more than a couple of cans a week. I try to only drink foreign sodas made with can sugar, less sugar spikes.
