Back during slavery times it was completely understandable, but now no black person should ever be caught eating shytlins.
I love chitlins! I've been eating chitlins since I was 5. Ya'll are some damn new blacks for real.:mjlol:
If you like them fine but not liking them doesn't make you new black. As a matter of fact you'll see that a lot of black folks don't eat it strictly for health reasons.

i don't see a problem with it.

i don't eat that chitlins personally, but some of the best foods come from people trying to make do with what they got.

oxtail is outrageously delicious and thats considered scraps.

Chicken feet too. And they're good for you.

Overtime stuff like that just becomes embedded in the culture and cuisine.

nah, all them plantation foods are cac creations for the slaves......

its the same shyt in africa, almost no one there is eating real african food of the ancestors.... they all eating european food....

thats the price of colonialism and slavery....

absolute rubbish..... I dont know how people just make these generalisations , no African household Ive been to in Africa have I seen them eating European food, what kind of nonsense statement is this ?....lol

obviously there are fast food places all over which are split into European i.e burgers fries etc... and African i.e suya...

I cant stand when people just make up bogus points just to fuel a particular agenda smh...

Me neither....when my aunt was cooking them on 69th one Thanksgiving (I think), I smelled her cleaning them. :gag: It was at that point that I knew that I could never let that touch my palette. My cousins woofed em down with some Louisana hot sauce tho. :mjpls:
