The only real difference is black people will boil it, while white people (and other non-blacks) fry theirs.

There's a similar meal in Ghanaian cuisine, instead from cows. It takes a long time to thoroughly clean and prepare, but those too I don't like (not because of where they come from, I don't like the texture… kinda like biting into gristle)

I understand why some of y'all are getting offended, but I wasn't targeting blacks in America with this. Just in general, offal (which is eaten by every race, every culture) is nasty.
