Just like people shame druggies and promiscuous people, a lot of big people toss their quality of life to the bushes. People typically show more

respect to people who operate in a way that respects themselves. People who routinely balloon in weight in absence of a medical condition clearly

don't care about themselves. Self-fulfilling prophecy.

Here is a recollection of my life that i have not shared with anyone and not anywhere. 100 percent real story. There is a walmart about 6 blocks to the Northwest from my apartment. I have been going there for many years. This one time, one of the fattest white women i've ever seen in my life was blocking one of the aisles like Snorlax in Pokemon red. I politely asked her if she could move her gremlin out of the way so that i could get around her, and she moved at like a quarter of a mile an hour after rolling her eyes. I almost stole on her right there but i kept my cool. Fast forward a few minutes and guess what happened? Her professor xavier cart had ran out of battery, so she was stranded in another aisle. I walked by and saw her hollering for some dude named 'charles' and when she saw me, she asked me to call for help. I dropped that chappelle show on her brahs: 'Perhaps you should purify yourself in the waters of Lake Minnetonka.' :russ:Then i walked up and pressed and held the little horn down and was yelling 'charles' like her fat ass was. She tried to grab me, but of course i was too quick. Seen some guy walking up, so i slunk out laughing. Saw another fat bytch later and she suffered another tremendous L at the hands of your boy. May type that one out in a minute.

stop defending laziness then. the reason they are so fat in the first place is because they didnt want to go exercise.

Eating less is actually the fastest and easiest way to get thin, but exercising and eating healthy is the best way to be healthy and stay in shape.

The latter is the best choice tho since it lets you stay alive and disease free longer

Honestly I'm overweight myself and I feel disdain for fat people too. I'm not talking 30 to 40 lbs overweight like I am(that married life :flabbynsick:) I'm talking "can't even sit in normal chairs but still eating 3 slices of pizza with a beef Patty and mozzarella sticks and 24 ounce soda cup" huge. Not even for the aesthetic side of it but because they straight killing themselves. I feel just as bad for them as I do for drug addicts and alcoholics which is not at all.

It's interesting to me, that all this emphasis on our own and other peoples weight, all the education programmes ,in fact in the UK the national health service will send parents letters if their child is fat. {and sometimes they get it wrong because BMI is very inaccurate}, we are getting two extremes in society. Extremely fit looking people, especially men, with low bodyfat ,muscle and all the rest of it, and the other growing extreme are extremely fat people.

I blame it on two things, many people aren't built for extreme diet and fitness programmes, hell many aren't built to go to the gym 3 times a week,. I myself train six days a week and like other serious trainers I use under the counter supplements and spend huge amounts of money on my diet , we get people coming to the gym all the time,who blatantly hate every single minute of it, they last a month at most. Many people , try all these fad diets and fitness programmes, they fail, get depressed and then the depression leads to worse over eating. The supplement industry lies, about what supplements can do for you, they use fitness models, men and women to sell their products, when the reality is, there is liberal use of photoshop, steriods,fat burners ,lighting, in the before and after pics. Many people are taken in by this, they fail and never even bother with keeping fit again. Fitness doesn't need to be extreme diets and fitness training, frequent walking, a jog or a fun a few times a week, getting up every morning and doing pressup and situps. Even doing a sensible enjoyable training programme in the gym.

The second issue, is it isn't so much the diet has got worse really,I remember what I ate as child, .... far worse than what kids are given these days. What has changed is people are much less active generally especially children.Children are either on the computer or seem to never leave their gardens. Peoples jobs are far more sedentary, and really eating a lot of healthy food can still make you fat the same way eating a lot of unhealthy food can, your insides might look a bit better but thats about it.

It is a laziness excuse, it's overrating coupled with not being active.

Thyroid problems don't explain 40% of the US being Obese, when only 12% of the population will have a Thyroid problem in their lifetime. The only places where obesity is an issue is in countries where there's an abundance of food, it's not rocket science.

A lot of fat people not only over-eat, but raise their children on their same diet, which leads to fat families that over-eat. "Runs in the family." :usure:

I got a fat homeboy who got an even fatter brother and his momma fat :francis: but atleast he's somewhat active enough to balance it out...slightly :martin:. If I made him my roommate then I'd take it upon myself to get him to get his shyt together.
