I ain't gonna lie, it does kind of bother me when I see a fat slob with a better job than me u don't deserve that shyt fatty

This is a touchy subject for me because I used to be obese. I was basically fat from birth until I turned 32 and decided to make a change. So, I've been on the receiving end of fat jokes. I've said on here before I was 406 when I started eating clean and working out, and now I'm 225. I can talk from both sides. For the fat guy I was, if I did get made fun of, it hurt and it made me feel worse and want to eat more. It got less prevalent as I got older, but I can tell you it makes the situation worse. As the current skinny guy I look at the obese and I feel for them. I will actually go up to one from time to time, talk to them and even show them my before and after pics. The point is, instead of feeling disgusted, step in and maybe say something to get them moving in the right direction.

I should say that there are many people in my life who are overweight who I love dearly. I feel bad for them as my real disgust lies with the government and food orgs who have lied to them their whole lives telling them sugar and large amounts of white grains were actually healthy. So for them to be able to change that type of thinking that has been the "truth" for their entire life, even according to school, that's really difficult and takes a constant conscious effort.

So my disgust lies with the big food companies. They're not stupid. they have scientists telling them how to get people addicted to their food, they have economists on their side getting paid big bucks telling them how to sell their food and subsidize farms to get more of their food sold quickly and in larger quantities, they even had CONGRESS on their side to teach children that their foods are healthy. We all should be outraged.

Large people walking around are the result- they're like the lab rats that have no choice and have been force fed for someone else's benefit.

We should all be pissed at how our families have been bamboozled so big food can get rich.

We have the knowledge now, so we can begin to change

The only thing that disgusts me is giving your kids these foods, making them fat and the source of ridicule and leading them to suffer from excruciating death from diabetes and heart disease at an early age.
