who told you this? Nah but yeah I do read that a lot but I can't relate to it. I think women hit their prime physically in their mid 20s, it also depends on how well they take care of themselves. But I also feel like a woman's body is most attractive after bearing a couple children because she gets thicker.. hopefully in all the right places

but isn't that obvious. 25 year old men look better than 40-50 year old men too, especially non-celebs. consequently, you'll find more attractive 25 years old men/women than you will 40 yr old men and women- the pool becomes smaller as people age. most people are average looking, and most people are really average at an older age. younger is always better looks wise, but saying a woman looks better at 20 than she does at 25 is silly, or that somehow reproductive value is better at 19 than at 28 is laughable.
I have a pretty young looking face and body which was exaggerated when I was younger. when I was a teenager, I looked a good 3-4 years younger than what I was and I was hit on by much older men (40+) all the time. it was eye opening. there are a lot of creeps out there. you think the stories you hear are about rare people in rare circumstances, but they're not. It's disturbing.

I think it's the opposite with men though. Most women would probably admit that men like Denzel, Idris, Clooney, etc all look better middle aged than when they were younger.
