Why is there even an argument about this? Most women look their best in their early 20s partially due to nature and because most Americans are unhealthy and age horribly.
There is no point in shaming men for having a preference for women 18-25. It is only ephebopholia when one is obsessed with the late teens.

24-26 is a woman's TRUE prime. In looks, opportunities, everything. For those without kids.
If women are smart they'd capitalise on that time and instead of drinking and acting a fool they'll knuckle down someone. They'll never look that good again.

@BelowTheMasonDixon Yep..I think a lot of people don't understand the term either...it is a primary or exclusive interest in 15-19 year olds. 15-19 year olds have a 'look' which is what the men like primarily.
I personally know a man like this, he is in my family, in his 50's and has never dated a woman 20 or over ever, the one time he dated a 24 year old she was some little african skinny girl who looked 16. That was his 'look' and he is very embarrassing to be around as in his 50's he now sticks to asian women who are gold diggers.
Also the biggest thing here is as I said I'm really skeptical of a man who says 15-19 is his 'best age' I say this because men find 'young women' attractive, but most men over 30 wouldn't want to date a 16 year old, to a man at 30 22 is young and as you get older young changes, at 50 a 30 year old is young and enough to get you excited so if someone gets to mid age and is hung on the Ephebephile phase I'm skeptical...
Finally most important the media images of teens (i.e the people who act as high school kids in films are usually in their 20's). The media image of the teenage girl (regina george in mean girls and her friends, saved by the bell people and most teenage dramas) are acted by people in their 20's especially the role of the 'hot' young teen is usually acted by a woman in her 20's. Pick any 'hot' teenager in a movie and the person is likely an actor in their 20's playing the role. Because I'd say the most attractive is women in their 20's. Most child actors would be too awkward to play the sexy mean girl style roles. So the media image people THINK is of a teen is actually of an adult.
Now after the 20s....that's a whole other convo.

I'm 21 and I find a lot of 19 year olds to look too young. They look like children to me. My last girl is 19 and at first I was hesitant because she looks pretty young.

who told you this? Nah but yeah I do read that a lot but I can't relate to it. I think women hit their prime physically in their mid 20s, it also depends on how well they take care of themselves. But I also feel like a woman's body is most attractive after bearing a couple children because she gets thicker.. hopefully in all the right places
