Never said he was healthy, just saying people think you need to eat super clean to have a physique like him and you don’t his physique is pretty attainable

I'm in my 30s. Not as skinny as I was in my 20s (visible cut, size 29 skinny jeans, size S t shirts) but I'm still very thin and fit.

I eat one meal a day. Ideally something lean and home cooked like a good steak or salmon with rice and salad but sometimes I'll go for a McDonald's meal or a couple pizza slices if I'm on the run. Besides that I snack on some little hard candies (not chocolate bars and shyt which is waaaaay too heavy), peanuts, cheddar crackers like goldfish or cheese its. Sometimes a slice or two of some bread type stuff, which I should really stop. And of course popcorn the goat snack of a weight loss journey. Besides that I always keep a 40oz thermal bottle of ice cold water on me. Supplement it with some electrolytes, fiber, and a pinch of caffeine. Fat burner in a bottle. Keeps me hydrated active and fuller longer.

I grew up poor as shyt so I'm use to bearing with one meal a day and some tiny snacks. I grew up in a crib where there was no such thing as breakfast other than pouring your own bowl of apple Jack's and finding out there ain't no milk; and a tray of ice cubes got you through an entire evening. I'm use to staying fit by depriving myself lmao.

I don't formally exercise. Been wasting my money on a gym membership for ages. I get my exercise from personal activities like biking, skating, walking instead of driving when I can.

Not gonna lie tho, I think I can do better eating more (lean meals) and exercising more. I do fall into cycles sometimes where I will BINGE eat fast food and put on some pounds dam near overnight.

But yeah, one meal a day and passive activity works for me. I'm more fit than most dudes my age.
