the album is waaaaaaaaaaaay different than the promo/listening party album...

2:00

2:12-2:30

a couple of songs on blaqout was originally on that book of david album.....listening version

n the ice cube song was on the blaqout listenin release...

if quik would release the shyt he finish and turns in while he still in the zone...its alot of albums that would be doper than the actually release

book of david, rhythmalism, balance and options and safe n sound...

:ohhh:...hol up...so u sayin its shyt that didn't make safe and sound and rhythmalism albums...I need links bruh if there are any...those are my two favorite albums of his...also any jams sessions with him and Raphael Saadiq floating round...my ears need em:wow:

It’s honestly his best album

I didn’t like it for a few YEARS till after it came out , it’s a album that you have to vibe out too for awhile , it’s more mature sounding that his usual albums

You can tell a lot of time and energy was put into this album , he spent a ALOT of money for the Greese sample alone , he did the album as a labor of love as oppose to making money from it

Tracks 12 , 13 , 14 played in order are one of the greatest musical experiences you’ll hear :mjcry:

Album is more personal than his usual jam session party records , it also has a Hollywood vibe too me

Book of David is not his best album, bruh:hhh:

Just because he spent a lot of money for that song from the Grease soundtrack, does not make that song good. In fact, that was one of the wackest songs on the album.

Book of David ain't even in the same stratosphere as Rhythm-al-ism, Safe + Sound and Balance & Options
