this proves nothing.
FCC is very interesting, I didn't think of that. But still isnt that a govermental agency? They could probably fine him but I dont think it will amount to anything like the millions that Cesar is said to have misappropriated and will have to repay. Especially if its something small like a lack of disclosure.Envy violated FCC regulations (never did I hear Envy issue a disclaimer of any sort). Envy may be free of criminal charges, but his wallet is going to take the same beating Nicky Santoro did in Casino:
Not to mention the permanent damage he did to his brand as a media personality. This is far from over for Envy.
The Ford GT is one of DJ Envy's prized positions, so If this is actually his vehicle, it does prove that DJ Envy is trying to liquidate his vehicles for cash now.
They went way harder at crypto than they do these real estate guys…but this shyt is rampantFCC is very interesting, I didn't think of that. But still isnt that a govermental agency? Criminally he might get off if he argues he didn’t know because he was lied too. I think it’s 50/50 he goes down criminally. A lot of it depends on books and we don’t know how he was paid and for what.If Envy really thought Cesar had a portfolio of $50 million from using everyday people’s money to buy and flip properties, he deserves to be held responsible for being that stupid.
This isn’t 1924 with two white guys opening up a hamburger stand with some cash from their uncle and turned into a billion dollar franchise
He’s stupid for even thinking a man who looks and acts like Cesar owned “3000 doors”.
I refuse to believe a grown man with a Hampton degree is THAT dumb. Envy caught wind of the scheme, realized he had money tied up and that he could get paid out first, which is why he got into promoting courses and pitching to his friends.
Legal fees alone probably tearing him apartEnvy violated FCC regulations (never did I hear Envy issue a disclaimer of any sort). Envy may be free of criminal charges, but his wallet is going to take the same beating Nicky Santoro did in Casino:

Envy just takes L’s. The shyt with him cheating, the pegging, his girls going someplace where there was male hookers with her friends after, she saying he never made her cum, to Ross playing the fukk out of him for fronting on his wealth, to this…Not to mention the permanent damage he did to his brand as a media personality. lol nahh, ain’t no curse, all self inflicted, and he deserves all of this shyt for being a snake ass piece of shyt. Some folks can actually go their whole entire career without being an arrogant fukking dikkhead, but Envy was not able to be that person, tried to bully certain people, tried to flex on em’, because he had power, and now, lol, he is getting fukked *pause* I really hope he loses everything, just so Star can get the last laughEnvy just takes L’s. It’s like Envy is cursed, but he did this all to himself.
Will be interesting to see how this all plays out in the end, Cesar is almost certainly gonna take a plea deal and do some time - he pretty much says so himself in the vid. What he said about social media and clout chasing is partially true as well. His house didnt get raided so is it really true they raided TBC? Definitely feels like a lot of it is just bandwagon jumping. Cesar definitely defrauded some people but some people also got paid out and now are pretty happy to see him take the heat.
Cesar is still saying Envy had nothing to do with the deals he did so he's probably free and clear, though I agree with Cesar that Envy's lawyer saying he's "also a victim" is a bag of lies. Envy and Cesar were partners in some deals and in the seminar business. On the other hand Cesar had some deals where he was offering crazy interest in a ponzi scheme. I dont think any DA can make the case that because you are a partner in some deals and you are famous then you have culpability for everything the other person does.
But his reputation is donezo and thats probably a fair punishment for all those who lost real money (although really if they had 2 braincells to rub together then theyd know that those rates screamed ponzi)
