She was, she basically told me she wanted a divorce no counseling no let’s work on it, like i said it was a bunch of nit picking and fights for no reason then boom she said she’s fed up, (i can only draw the conclusion she was getting love from someone else to not even fight for her marriage and just say fukk it)
what would you do if she returned 6 months from now

I’d probably cry if we hugged

But she’d have to walk me through what really brought her there and she’d have to be willing to work on our communication not only doing so but what we gathered from the conversation and how do we move forward

Conflict resolution and realistic reactions to things that she may disagree on or feel a way

I love her, but this taught me to love myself more and to not settle for second hand treatment

It's crazy the older I get it seems like every other week close friends of mine, family members, or past friends are getting divorced.

I keep getting calls to be the shoulder to lean on and I try and listen but the stories I hear are so depressing.

Anyone else seeing this or is it society as a whole?
Same here.

Pretty scary. Women out here all wanna get married married married, but not really thinking about what married really is from a man's perspective

Women marry for security, not men. It’s us who propose, not women. Anyone who marries for love is destined for failure.

The reason most men get married is because they want exclusivity on that p*ssy but a ring doesn’t guarantee it. Or it’s a “shut up” ring for their long term suffering girlfriend.

If we knew our women wouldn’t stray away no matter what, we wouldn’t bother with marriage but a woman can push out three kids, live with her man for decades and still want that ring.

Dating dynamics are all messed. Marriage has ALWAYS been about business, keeping the wealth in the family and social mobility for women. These past 40 years have changed all that.

nikkas have no wealth thus marriage means nothing but a wedding and pics

One of the things i asked women when i got out there again what does marriage look like to you
What’s the man’s role, the woman’s role, why do you want to be married, financial responsibilities etc

55 percent of marriages end in divorce. I advise my male family members to remain a 666 boy and never get married. bytches are a liability. If you decide to do the goofy shyt and marry then get a prenup

Without having details of your situation....

I understand you may cry if you hugged her, but chances are, she wouldn't feel that way. Bb

My ex told me right before we broke up that once her feelings get to the point of breaking up, she won't feel anything towards me.

I say that bc women are like that. In the time since we brokr up, if there's any communication, it's been 99% me initiating it. She would probably be fine never talking to me again outside of a happy birthday text or so. And I didn't cheat, mistreat her, nothing like that.

Lately she lost a really high paying job and I reached out to give her some recommendations to see if I can see if I can get her in at my company, and I can tell in her reaction that she's shocked I'm reaching out to help.

We as men don't don't operate from wild emotions.

Women have men they forever bond, and then others that could die for all they care regardless of how the break up went, I’m not naive to the fact that more than likely I’m cool but she doesn’t necessarily have those feelings, but my response was to the question op asked in reference to what would i do if she came back, (you can always hold out hope) but Ive made peace that part of my life is gone… now if my deep thoughts/emotions can let it all the way go, i catch moments of missing her or just her face or body or one of the last times we had sex, but i don’t dwell, I’m sure someone will say talk to someone, but ultimately no matter how much you talk you have to let it go and time is the biggest factor

I'm sorry to hear that bro. I haven't been married so I don't have that level of what you're referring, although I have had a slighter version of it.

We have to try to find things to occupy our time and thoughts to fill in the gaps where those type of memories live.

I contributed to a couple divorces and even fukked with divorced women. All of which been demons in their own right and I could see why they got divorced. One thing I never understood was how these women would bust down for me, give me all the p*ssy I wanted and cater to me the way you think their husband's want and deserve to be treated but never did for their husbands. I mean damn. One shorty I used to have to buy plastic sheets for when we had sex and another I recall the husband having to check her p*ssy when she got home. Luckily I shyt my nut deep or she leaked out

The game is changing.

Most of the women I come across are divorced and don't want nothing to do with a relationship or marriage. They for the streets right now.

I'm eating good...but :sadcam: I want to settle down
