Death to the Star Wars franchise
I don’t know, I have watched some of those boycott videos from some of those Star Wars fans and the fools be talking about I will go and see it but I won’t pay for the ticket but instead pay for deadpool and sneak in.
Based on the numbers I believe some of them stuck to their gun but when JJ Abraham’s deceives them with the trailer for episode 9 they will be like.

Nobody gives or ever gave a fukk about Han Solo. Of all the characters you have in this universe, you give a movie dedicated to Han fukking Solo. I knew this movie was in trouble when everybody was focused on Glover as Lando instead of the God damn main character of the movie.
Another point: The villains drive Star Wars, not the fukking heroes.
I'm convinced the only "good guy" that fans care about is Luke, and that's only because he's on his super powered Goku steez now.
The heroes are boring and predictable where as the villains are predictable, but they do exciting shyt and aren't bound by the bytch ass "Jedi Way". Theyre killing fools left and right, using the force in exciting, murderous ways, and they look bad as shyt doing it (Darth Mauls whole fighting style, Vader taking out everybody at the end of Rouge One, Ren stopping the laser in mid air).
The worst thing Star Wars ever did was kill off Vader AND Maul and focus too much time on boring ass characters.

Villains? But people loved Yoda, Chewy, Han, Leiah, Luke, Obi Wan and Lando. They made Star Wars just as much as the Villains. The main Villains were just Vader and the Emperor in the movies. Maul was cool. Killed too quickly.

I thought it was aight, and was entertained, but Star Wars joints should be more than a passible sci-fi watch. Or, maybe we are realizing just how sensationaliezed the entire franchise is versus its actual quality. Marvel's weight in cinematic impact doesn't have the same history on its side, but it completely shyts all over the Star Wars existence.

I think the truth is, SW should've been left in its era. When the trilogy first hit the scene it was groundbreaking in terms of imagination, SFX, undertones and plot. It was pretty much uncharted territory and it's clear all involved were determined to make something really great. I think the sensationalism was, while sometimes OTT, pretty well deserved. It really spoke to people on a level never before seen.
Meanwhile, fast-forward to this century.....it just can't live up to the hype anymore and people are exhausted. The shyt is getting stale, especially since a lot of what made the original SW + sequels great are the effects and "unique" plot, yet people can turn on the TV (or iPad, Netflix, etc) and see shows with the same themes only more current and done better, with a bigger budget and more nuanced at every second of the day. SW isn't competing with that.
They've managed to squeeze 13 films (and numerous books, comics, merchandise, etc) out of this 41 year old franchise so I'm not really sure what more they want; but clearly they have no plans of slowing down for some reason. But I wonder in what galaxy execs are living in where they think shytting out yet another film in this franchise is going to be a cash cow..

I find this funny but true. Only good guys I ever gave a fukk about were Yoda, Obi & Mace. I literally don't care about anyone else but maybe Chewy. As a kid I liked the Ewoks.
I'm not really a fan of the series but I basically only watch for the bad guys. If they made a movie of the founding of the Sith order on that backwater planet with all the battle & betrayals I'd go see it. I'm all for that Hut movie too, Rise of Jaba. I just lurk in Solo threads to see if the brehs think it's even worth seeing.
