I remember in second grade my teacher telling us that she called/wrote a letter to ABC complaining about how they cancelled the show and the ending. Even as a second grader I was like :childplease::dwillhuh::heh:

Nah he thought he was communicating with his native planet Melmac, but it was really a government sting. The family he was staying with took him too the meeting point thinking he was going to return home instead the family is arrested and it's insinuated that Alf is going to be tortured and studied :snoop: I was :to: as kid after that

80s/90s shows went hard as fukk. "Dinosaurs", "Alf", "Quantum Leap" all ended sad....and those weren't even the dramas. A show like "Dallas", the devil talked J.R. into killing himself in the last ep. "St. Elsewhere", you find out the whole series took place in a kid's imagination.
