No, but those teams made it a point to hound the ballhandlers all night for the entire series. It didn't work obviously, because the C's won both series and they played well. Just say you didn't watch :mjlol:

The Warriors didn't put the same pressure on them at all. The only thing they "figured out" was the fact that the C's were worn down. The C's offense and shot quality was better in the Warriors series than the Heat and Bucks series. They just had more missed open shots and unforced turnovers. That was the series. The Warriors had a cupcake path to the Finals. The only healthy team they faced was the Mavs, who benefited from a Suns meltdown. They weren't worn down like the C's were.
Tons of excuses in this post.. wow

Playing well with a bench is different from being on the starting 5 with other stars who he may not gel with. That's what I'm referring to.

There are lots of players who wouldn't necessarily work in every situation, or who need certain teammates to perform certain roles for them. No one gels with everybody.

For Draymond it is constantly claimed that Steph is the only player he could play with. What he did at MSU, what he does with the Warriors bench, and what he did in both 2016 postseason when Steph was out and this season with Steph/Wiggins out is consistently ignored.

He's great but i still think his offensive game just wouldn't scale well to the large majority of teams that have stars. Curry is the best superstar he could play with, and together with Klay, they were able to maximize Dray.

And Stockton was the best pg Malone could play with. Pippen was the best sidekick MJ could play with. Of course playing with Steph is a great advantage for almost anyone, that doesn't mean Steph is the only star that Draymond could gel with.

He'd be good on a different team, but then he may eventually get moved if they lose in the playoffs 2 years in a row and defenses sag off on him and he doesn't gel with the main superstar. Do you think he'd fit with Luka, for instance ?

I think he'd help the Mavs more than he'd hurt them because they need defense so badly. Would the fact that he's not a perfect fit with Luka be more an indictment on him or an indictment on Luka? KP was a completely different player than Draymond, but he didn't seem to fit well with Luka, and Kyrie is yet another sidekick who seems to be struggling to move the needle on that team.

Okay? It won't be sustainable enough though. He can find success - again I never denied that - but those situations would eventually run their course and he'd probably get traded

All I’m saying is, Dray better have a SHRINE built in his house for Steph and Klay. This nikka would be a ringless role player if he didn’t get drafted to GS. Steph/Klay would have at least 1 ring, probably 2 without Dray. Dray ain’t getting any without those guys. Unless y’all GS dikkriders don’t think Steph is great enough to succeed without Dray. Dray NEEDS Steph, Steph is a top 10 all time player it don’t matter who he’d play with he would’ve eventually won rings with anyone. Dray is just the ultimate benficiary and now this loser gets to run his mouth about “4 RANGZ” smh.
