It's impossible to state in words what Diego meant to Argentina. Dude really was untouchable on so many levels.

It's crazy how he escaped death so many times that I kinda figured out dude was gonna be here forever. Considering the amount of abuse he body took for 30+ years and the fact dude could just hop on a treadmill, stop doing coke for 3 months and be fit and ready to get on the pitch and do crazy shyt with a football.

It's true dude was beyond fukked up for 4+ years now and his body finally gave up but man, dude's case should be studied because it truly made no sense how he could bounce back from death so many times and still be "Diego" for so long.

Rest in power to a legit GOAT :salute:
