$12 a year?Lol.
This isn't true. My girl has a model 3 and her electric bill is only about $12 higher each year.
Charging at a supercharger is only like $8-10 bucks.
That’s dangerously amazingThat Tesla Model S Plaid does 0-60 in 1.98 seconds tho
And your electric bill goes up significantly charging at home
doesn’t that just equal to paying for gas or nah

Sorry i meant per month$12 a year?
I thought Nikola Tesla was trying to create free energy
Cost per mile is still generally way cheaper than gasoline, more so with home charging. Most people should be able to get to 80% charge overnight. If you drive less than a 150 - 200 miles a day, you won't need to pay for public charging. There are also additional savings with electric vehicles because most of the maintenance items associated with traditional engines aren't required for electric motors.
However, until the charging infrastructure is dramatically expanded, having an electric car can require some planning at times. If you value the convenience of fueling up on a whim and within only a few minutes, we're still many years off.
