He said pretty much what I was saying in this thread. Maybe now that a well known lawyer says it folks will believe it. As of now the charges and case is weak and the fact that they didn't bring any new charges or name any co-conspirators in the superseding indictment is evidence of that. That could change if they bring another indictment but as of now the case based on just prostitution looks weak.

He will name co conspirators like chief of staff and other assistants or employees, however they will use the consent based defense. It's Diddy vs his ex girlfriends and one personal assistant. All of whom have civil suits and seeking a payout.
