If they had a real case they wouldnt have to play these games.

A superseding indictment was always expected cause most legal analyst said from day one that the charges and case was weak and the fed supposedly had all this evidence to comb through from the raids before updating the indictment. The expectation was that they would add co-defendants (Cause who can run a rico by themself) and more specific charges and vicitms (What happened to 100's of victims?). After all the evidence they have came back with the exact same weak charges and tacked on 2 alleged prostitutes as victims. Drug addicted prostitutes don't make for good witnesses on the stand when being cross examined by some of the top lawyers in the country. If this even makes it trial, its not a slam dunk or easy case for feds.

We dont know for certain who the alledged victims are except for cassie. But his girlfriends were on payroll. That means taxes were accounted for and they probaby had personal assistant title or something. Cassie was literally a bad boy employee and had a deal. Even still, nobody would go to jail over not paying a tax on gifts recieved and the tax due probably doesnt amount to much if that was case. As of now the charges and case is weak and the fact that they didn't bring any new charges or name any co-conspirators in the superseding indictment is evidence of that. That could change if they bring another indictment but as of now the case based on just prostitution looks weak.
