i wish they wouldn’t have focused so much on money at the expense of other things. like i woulda been okay with living a smaller house and going on fewer trips if it meant moms was home more often to guide me thru difficult times. or had a better upbringing as far as morals and discipline go and they were harder not softer on me than they were
but in the grand scheme those are minor faults and nobodys perfect. i was able to figure out a lot of shyt on my own as an adult even if it was more painful that way. i dont fault them for doing the best they could imperfectly
all their kids are doing alright for themselves as adults so they pass in my eyes
