Yes. And the Super Nintendo one.
Eventually, yes. Sandman took me forever to get the patterns down, but Super Macho or whatever ended up being slightly easier. Tyson took a few tries, but got there. He put me down quick the first time though. I remember being 8/9 when it came out and staying up late on school nights to eventually beat him.
Years later in college, my boy fired up his old NES and I threw Punch Out! in for shyts and giggles and went straight through. Everyone was chilling doing other shyt and then when I was done people were like "WTF?"

)Asked for a computer but got an NES Deluxe Set (Gyromite and Duck Hunt). Got SMB, Punch-Out, and Pro Wrassling. GOAT Christmas. First on the block with an NES. nikkaz didn't leave my crib all Christmas Break.
But yeah, Beat the Game in a couple of weeks.

parents hated the idea of video games…I didn’t own a video game system until college…and after that didn’t own another one until I got my first job lol…always had to settle for playing at friends’ or cousins’ houses

Google play has a new emulator in the store that has this as well as other games on it. But to answer ya question no.
why don't they just renegotiate with Mike to have him back in the game!
I'd even add a Mike 2022 version as another character.

probably figured it wasn’t worth it to pay him when all they’re essentially doing is changing one character
an updated switch version probably would sell tho
thing is, I don't think Mike would ask for a ridiculous amount. or just give him a % of revenue on the game. The amount they'd sell off nostalgia alone would be huge.
Only NES game i ever actually beat back in the day was Mario.
