I'm more surprised you guys didn't know he was black. R.I.P. to that brother, I couldn't even imagine what he was thinking on that long fall down.
There’s two things I would want to imagine having to make a decision on that day...
Jumping from a window is one of them....don’t think I would have been able to do it. I would have went to the roof and just talked on the phone to my loved ones before the end came.
Bruh that shyt is sad. That fire was SO HOT people had NO CHOICE but to jump. Their other alternative was to burn and die a slow, scorching, torture of a death.![]()
Watch the 6 part documentary National Geographic just did on Hulu.. the most unseen footage ever released.. crazy shyt
They couldn't get up to the roof if they wanted. Levels above them were on fire too and many couldn't even see through the smoke to find the stairs. Plus it's easy to say things like that in hindsight.
just finished the first episode of the 9/11 doc by national geographicIdiot managers in the 2nd Tower telling hundreds of employees to go back to their office literally killed them all..
So many horrendous decisions.... everyone in leadership was incompetent that day.... 2nd Tower should've been completely evacuated once the 1st tower got hit.
That female fighter pilot who said she knew going up to try to put down one of the planes was a suicide mission made me pause it. For those who haven't watched it, she said to load the missiles on to the aircraft takes 20 minutes. They didn't have time to waste. Her fellow pilot going up with her said he'd take out the cockpit with his jet and she said and I'll take out the tail with mine. They were too late to stop any planes but goddamn
