Did you even read my post son?
I never said physical attraction was the only factor. I said it can be used to prey on underaged minors.
A teenager can find an adult physically attractive, it doesn't mean they weren't manipulated.
Damn y'all cats have some dumb takes!
thats exactly what my post is saying
.It doesnt mean they werent, and it doesnt mean they were. Im saying the physical attraction doesnt matter. Because it wouldnt make her less of a victim if manipulation is used. But if manipulation isnt used,I wouldnt consider her to be a victim. Up until the point manipulation is used, which is bound to happen. A man is eventually going to manipulate a female, that is our nature.
Where as a grown woman could have a relationship with a teenage male. Where manipulation is never used by the woman on the teenage male.
To me manipulation is what creates a victim. Thats why I believe the double standard is credible. Men and women are just different.
Manipulation of minors and grooming is where the crime comes in. Women dont have the ability to manipulate us with anything they wont be able to manipulate us with at age 30. If your attractive and throw yourself at us,were probably going to smash if single.
This isnt the same for girls who have way LESS ability to say no when younger, especially if the man is an authority figure.
A mans ability to say no isnt any lesser at 15 than it is at 30. And even then ,our inability to say no isnt based on intimidation like in a girls case.
But like Reflected said. Guys do understand the consequences and understand we have more to lose as we get older. So im not mad theres a law to keep older women off young men. Im just saying in most of the cases involving older women and young men. I dont think it would meet my "victim" requirement. Most cases with females I think would, but not all.
