Its beemmn like this for a while, lockdown just forced the world to take a hard look at itself in the mirror.

The George Floyd murder is a perfect example. This would have been a routine stop 15 years ago, even if it was recorded. Being on lockdown and told to avoid large crowds made the situation even more frustrating to the public. His death wasn't new...its how cops have always operated.

Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
Yes…

Exposed a lot of people honestly

Depending on the sitchayshun, i used to always be able to keep my anger issues in check.

Since the pandemic, I haven't been too swell at managing that shiit... now i just lash out and i don't even know why. It's like having covid a couple times changed my DNA for the worse.

Prior, i would assess my problems while in the heat of the moment and level out ok.

Now I go into instant Hulk rage.

This isn't healthy. Something happened and at this rate... if i don't do something about it soon, I'll end up alone (implying i've also been going off on significant others for the smallest shiit when it never happened pre-2020).

Let's not even go into the shiit that happens outside of my lovelife and in society. Going off of family, the excessive road rage... the short fuse/being unhinged is going to make me snap and i feel like i'm going to hurt somebody man.

Gawt damn ya man Pro V.

*sighs*

Halp.

Koalabama and the Cosmos
Catastrophic truth serum:

  • 9/11= Overkill patriotism and closed minded ideologies
  • WW2= Xenophobia and racism being put on the trophy case for the entire world to see
  • The Recession= Corporate greed and corruption being the end game to controlling society
  • Hurricane Katrina= What really matters in the form of classism and racism
  • Covid=A dark and twisted visual of society without any sort of referee.

Just imagine the world about to end. If humanity can't coexist over a fukking pandemic, how can we coexists when a fukking meteor hits this world:why:. Breh Covid did the most on the paint than any form of catastrophe.

  • It expose the government as incompetent fools
  • Brought the light on work culture being a toxic fukking environment altogether
  • Showed how 70 percent of society has no form of morals
  • Made this country look like Jonestown
  • Further proves that people are fukking stupid and closed minded
  • Gave insight to companies trying to bring automation to light (Like have yall been to the fast food joints lately....always hiring but no muscle)
Worse parts of the bible being in present times brehs:francis:

it's actually easier to find people on the same wavelength since everything is so polarized. easier to figure out if someone is on that :mjpls:

as someone who is not a cac or right wing corporate bootlicker i like "woke" culture more than the ignorant shyt that came before, even tho we got a long way to go. easier to get bytches now too, because of my earlier point

No, it's been a slow process that I've been observing since the 70's. Yeah, it's anecdotal, but considering we used to greet each other with 'Hey, Brother/Sister...' and now it's, 'What's up, nikka...'

Used to think it was just 'White' people, but, came to the realization that EVERYBODY is angry and takes that anger out on everyone around them IRL or online.

Slightly disagree with someone and watch what happens.

You have to be in your 60s to observe something since the 70s. Its no debate..

No doubt op. Just look at drivers on the road. Its like mfers crawlex out their houses post pandemic on a mission to be a$$holes. As inflation increases and the wealth gap too it'll only get worse.

I've seen this rise dramatically during and after the pandemic. No rules seems to be the mood out here.

Back in mid-March of 2020, during several of Trump's speeches where he spent time downplaying the severity of COVID and the ever-climbing death toll at the moment, they would prominently display a real-time stock market ticker at the bottom of the screen.

Then and there, people should've realized that we are viewed as mere cattle and workhorses for the elite that run this country.

But, they didn't wake up. Instead, they peddled dumbass conspiracy theories and beat each other up in Walmart over toilet paper.

I had hope early on that the pandemic would serve as a sort of reset button. So much for that. :francis:

If someone were born in 1966, how old would they be right now?

:jbhmm:

56...

4 years away from 60, which is the age I quoted you were. You can moan and groan about 4 years off if you want though.

I said, "you have to be in your 60s to observe something since the 70s".. If you're 56 then whats the problem? If you're going to make a fuss about 4 years, then go right ahead. I just know you're really a old head. :manny:
