Did any show have more wasted potential then Boardwalk Empire

This show was supposed to be Deadwood/Sopranos considering the people behind the scenes but it was mostly just a pretty good show with flashes of brilliance here and there. It's a B+ player, no HHH

Great actor. My dad was pretty upset he was written off BWE, and he doesn't really mention actors like that. He came to work fukked up, difficult to work with. With character not being tied to history it was stupid. We missed out on a great arc.

funny.... same thing happened to nucky's original girl.. that dancer hooker that later had a baby with van alden


she wasn't a great actress... nah she was REALLY drunk in all her scenes... she'd show up fukked up and drunk and sloppy and they had to finally fire her in season 2

they never flipped on him... AR was killed over a debt in real life... on the show they skipped 10 years, one of the years being the one he died in


if anything AR double crossed them by stealing their heroin and selling it to the other boss

that 10 year break was the end of something great.. they skipped so many important things that happened during that time (nucky going to jail, how lucky got his scar and lazy eye, valentine's day massacre).... they might as well not even have done a 5th season if they was gonna do that bullshyt

He actually killed it as Mason Verger on the "Hannibal" TV series....then abruptly asked to be written off the show.

I don't know if he's on drugs or has mental issues but there doesn't seem to be much logic to his career choices.
