You still on this? Since 2009 games have been much better on the PC...thats damn near 4 years already. Max Payne 3 on the PC looks like it should be a PS4 game.

i have both a top end pc and consoles and i can unbiasedly say that the difference is marginal at best

it really is the thrill of building the pc...im looking at this nikkas vid and struggling to see a $500 difference

At this point it's not almost its every. These consoles are 2004-2005 tech because that's when they were put together. It's 2013. They can't keep up.

this si true but don't forget sony was losing money on the ps3 because the manufacturing process was too expensive to even warrant he 500$ price tag..it wasn't until 2008-2009 that the rehashes of the ps3 that were more efficient on power and manufacturing

no...we really don't. I am starting to question if some of you guys are sitting so far away from your TV or have slightly impaired vision to be talking like this.

I loved the PS3 when I had it for exclusives, but to sit there and try to say that its up there with a newly released game running at 2560x1440 maxed out is insane lol. These consoles are displayed games Stretched UP to 1080p at best.

The PS4 is going to destroy PC's this winter. Why you think they put all dat RAM in there?? A geforce titan at most has 6GB's of RAM. PS4 has EIGHT.
Not to mention the myriad back end processing power it has from which they talked about in the slides. I think this incoming gen PC gamers will have to step down from their throne for a few.

Posting compressed screenshots is what's hot in the skreets now?

The majority of PC games dont' have those animations anyway. Only games that impressed me with face technology were PS3 games such as Uncharted, Heavy Rain, Last of US and La Noire which was multiplat. Other than that that nvidia screenshot is a waste.

Who in there right mind would buy a Titan for a thousand dollars when they can get a console that actually utilizes it's hardware for half that? Buying a titan is like buying the fastest car out chea but then having to be relegated to the average speed laws.

yeah breh..thats because the console market is holding back pc developement..but now that more developpers are riding on the pc revival wave we'll see...
