Renisha McBride, 19 (pictured above), was shot to death in a Dearborn Heights, Michigan neighborhood after seeking help following a car crash, reports The Detroit News.



At approximately 2:30 a.m. Saturday morning, McBride knocked on the door of a home, hoping for assistance. Instead, she got a gunshot wound to the head.

“He shot her in the head … for what? For knocking on his door,” said McBride’s maternal aunt, Bernita Spinks. “If he felt scared or threatened, he should have called 911.”

“You see a young black lady on your porch and you shoot?” asked Spinks. “He killed my niece and he needs to pay for it. He needs to be in jail.

“There was no windows broken. My niece didn’t bother anyone,” said Spinks. “She went looking for help and now she’s dead.”

The Dearborn Police Department have confirmed the shooting, but have not released the name of the suspect. They initially told McBride’s family that her body was “dumped,” but have now admitted that she died on the man’s porch, reports FOX 32.

Should not be a victim to be black seeking help in any neighborhood. White bias gotta stop and blacks should not put with being victims.

off topic, but out of curiosity i decided to check some of these blogs dedicated to black feminism and BWWM. sure enough, they are dead silent over this incident. i noticed this pattern before when black women are victims of white racism/violence. for whatever reason, they almost ignore it wholesale, but all of them have articles on the new mayor that was elected.

probably because this isn't a viable solution in the US. most cacs are armed to the teeth, foaming at the mouth over that type of scenario. whites never admit it but the whole idea of "zombies" came from the belief that blacks would eventually up rise and pour out of the woods, demanding their heads on a plate. their mindset is still there to do this day. hell, actually, south park just made an episode kinda mirroring that belief.

A young woman is shot and killed, her body dumped in Dearborn Heights. Now her family wants to know who would do this and why.

Renisha McBride, 19, went out Friday night and Monday morning her mother got a call that broke her heart. Police told her they found Renisha's body in Dearborn Heights. Now, they're trying to find her killer. Bernita Spinks wants closure and justice. McBride was her niece. Police found the teen's body near Warren and Outer Drive. They say she had a gunshot wound to the head from a shotgun. Family members say Renisha was soft spoken, hardworking and stayed to herself. Bernita thinks she was killed in Detroit and dumped in Dearborn Heights because of its close proximity to the city.

"All our kids are getting killed. We're burying our kids. It's devastating," she told Fox 2.

Renisha was driving a white Ford Taurus when she left home Friday. No one knows where she was going. Her family hopes someone will come forward with information about her death so her killer is brought to justice.

"Just as well as it's my niece and my sister's daughter, it could be your kid," said Spinks. "If you're watching and you heard anything or [saw] anything don't feel like [you're] a snitch. Come and tell what you [saw]. Give us some closure. Help - let us know what's going on, help the police out."
