Gus is a great boxer with excellent movement for his size. Jones' fight today with DC shows he can't strike with great boxers. He'd rather throw kicks, clinch and wrestle. Jones won't be able to clinch Gus like he did DC. He'll eat combos all day if he doesn't improve his boxing.

jones boxing improved, he showed improvement against glover and even more so in this fight, those straight to the body only with the knees to a lot of DC's gas tank, he just didn't get tired all of a sudden

It sucks that Rumble/Gustafsson is going down because I always felt those two had the best shot at beating Jones. UFC should have put them on different paths like they did with Cain/Carwin back in 2009 instead of having them face-off and eliminate the loser.

If Jones beats the winner of that, then the division is all but cleared.
