Gus throws more combos/strike, but Rumble is lightening quick with hands and feet. Gus will use the distance and might catch Rumble or use non-strikes to finish him. But Rumble can easily end Gus's night.

There are fights in there from when he fought at 170 which was back in 09. And I said he has the power to KO anyone. But his footwork is slow as shyt. Hes going to have a hard time keeping up with Gus early

This the only time I been legit nervous during the first round of a fight. I felt like I was fighting.

This. The gap between Jones and Gus's hands isn't as wide anymore. They're still not close but it's not such a big advantage as before. Especially since Jones will have months to continue to improve in that area if the rematch is to be scheduled

Yeah I noticed that, he likes a fight to their strength and demoralize them. Machida was the only one who made him chill

while that sounds good on paper...i think he was actually taking away DC's overhand punches. Notice DC ddn't throw/land one overhand - just jabs and upper cuts. Jones did that by fighting inside and making sure he didn't get caught by one of those.

Not a bad idea. The sheer length of Jones' frame, infused with that wrasslin' strength, makes fighting him at LHW borderline unfair. Only way to finish him at that weight class, at least from what I can surmise, is basically to hold him in the clinch for 5 rounds and land more than he can land on you.
