And superstar has what to do with anything pulling off two trades?
Yes. Why would Ray Allen want to come to a bad team without another great player. He would ask out of the team like Gary Payton did. KG waived his no trade clause

I can give you a list them. I will tonight.

I can go team to team. In fact, Galloway, Delly and Richardson for starters since it seems Covington is your measuring stick. I would add Mike Scott as well.
2012 draft is mike scott...everyone you naming is questionable at best.... You dont think I went through the list, i know you find anybody undoubtedly head and shoulders better

Grant is shooting 22% from three this season. :dwillhuh:

Josh Richardson and Dwight Powell are better.

Hinkie took MCW four picks ahead of Giannis; Okafor in front of a slew of guys who would have actually fit the roster.

Grant's value comes defensively, especially as a shot blocker. He's a solid role player, which is still good value for someone taken 39th overall. Not like he's expected to come in and be a franchise player.

Hinkie did mess up taking MCW over Giannis. But then again, 14 GM's took inferior prospects over Giannis. shyt, Danny Ainge traded up and took Olynyk two spots before Giannis. It is what it is.

Okafor was considered the BPA at the time (Anyone claiming Porzingis was considered a better prospect than Okafor at the time is operating purely on revisionist history), and he was insurance in case Embiid wasn't ready to go.

The Hornets got Nic Batum for Noah Vonleh. Why some people on here act like Noel & Okafor have no value is beyond me.

Josh Richardson is an okay player, whats one thing he does well??

Jeremi Grant can defend, and can be a good small ball 4 protecting the rim.. he averages 1.7 blocks per game, and is younger than josh richardson... Jaremi Grant has a role, what is Josh Richardsons role?

Dwight Powell is 24 and over 7 feet shooting less than 50% and he cant even protect the rim, what role does he have?

Richardson is playing almost 30 minutes a night and averaging double figures for a playoff team in the last month while shooting nearly 50% from three. Are you serious right now? :dwillhuh:

I just want a reply to this... outside of Jokic, name me one good player that was 2nd round/undrafted from 2013, 2014, 2015

I already said Jordan Clarkson and Josh Richardson. There's always a couple guys in every draft and Hinkie hasn't hit on the best ones.

Philly fans and those who like some of their players are doing the most. They look like an expansion team. Their biggest hope is a center who will play at most 24 minutes a game who hasn't played in two years

Yea $60 million in cap space, multiple 1st round picks this year, and a solid young core offers no hope going forward. Whether other teams/GMs want to admit it or not, they'd love to be in the position the Sixers are in. Obviously not the good teams or teams in great/attractive markets, but teams who are rebuilding and/or have been stuck in mediocrity would LOVE to have been given the freedom Hinkie had to truly destroy and rebuild the team. In todays world, in every sport the demand for instant results too often stunts the growth of players, coaches, and whole franchises.

I'm just really hopinh the Colangelos don't come along and undo the foundation and potential that Hinkie's built, and hopefully they end up being beneficial to free agent negotiations this offseason and moving forward.

Also, assuming that Embiid comes back fully healthy why would he play 24 minutes a game?

Thing is with the Okafor pick, I am not even sure that was Hinkie.... There was a lot of pressure at the time for them not to take a risk type guy if you remember.. I wouldnt put it past owners and people like scott o'neil for the sixers to hedge their bets and get somebody marketable for the season

2013 was a weak draft though. If your plan is to tank and build through the draft, you have to hit on someone like Giannis.

Again, just because someone is BPA, doesn't mean they truly are or the player that best fits your team. Philly has three fukking centers on the roster. What happens if all three are healthy going into next season? They can't play those guys together and be successful or put them in the best positions to succeed.

The Batum/Vonleh swap was a good move, but Batum was coming off the worst season of his career (and going into his walk year) and Portland was seemingly going all in on the youth movement.

Realistically, what do you think they can get for two of their bigs?

For Richardson, one month of work averaging 12 points and no other eyeball statistic to bring does not elevate him as far as you're putting him... I said clarkson, you said Galloway.... If you honestly think any of those guys, again except for Jokic and Clarkson, and say they are definitively better than Grant, then more power to you man, make that argument

How are you gonna downplay Richardson's play when he's doing it in a playoff race? Every minute he plays has meaning and he's shooting 49% from three. :dwillhuh:

You Philly guys all trashed MCW on his way out the door. He just stat padded on a terrible team. :smhkobe:

I like Okafor, but what the hell are they gonna do with him, Noel and Embiid if he ever gets healthy? Two of those guys have to go and Noel is already coming up on the last year of his deal. What do you expect them to get for any of these guys when Philly has no leverage with them?

I like MCW but i like the Lakers pick more on the chance(i do realize its just a chance) it'll become a better player that dosent make MCW a bad draft pick

As for okafor he got the best post moves ive seen in a big man in a long time i dont mind having a deep big man rotation

Tyler Johnson did the same thing in the same role for the same amount of time, if not longer... Maybe its just Wade and Dragic take away a lot attention

Grant is up there with guys like Bogut, Drummond and Gobert in terms of blocked shots this season. (Actually has more than Drummond and Bogut)

He's even surpassed Noel :mindblown:
