Our injuries are always a point of emphasis, but look at the flip side of the coin in this potential match-up vs the Wiz. Nene, their x-factor, is beat the hell up. His plantar fasciitis has once again flared up & he sprained his ankle Friday... In addition to that, he's battling both a sore achillies tendon and a sore shoulder.... He's not giving them the 36+ minute average that he gave them in the playoffs against us last year. Not to mention that they're having their own coaching & chemistry struggles....

Still sketchy to think about what Bulls team will show up on a nightly basis, but I got Bulls in 6 (MAX) vs the Wiz this year.

I feel how you feel but in reverse, if we can't beat the wizards with how mediocre they have looked, how beat up beal/nene have been and with home court, then we are the pretenders.

The 1 thing that scares me is that cleveland offense.

Atlanta dealing with some injuries too and Milsap might not be the same when he comes back, plus sefolosha being out so their wing defense took a hit,huge advantage us if we can stay healthy.

Then I sit back and hope toronto can give the cavs that work and if not we take our shot in the ecf.

I mean I agree...
I rather them face Milwaukee in the 1st Round. I was just getting at how people are talking about a Round 2 matchup with this team when in my eyes, nothing is guaranteed with this team this post-season.

The fact that the Bulls sucked against sub-500 teams this year and how care free the Bucks would be in a series... and some crazy matchups that Kidd would throw out there, that Thibs probably would just not adapt too, I see a threat. I don't think they would lose to the Bucks, I'm just saying... I ain't looking at the Cavs series until they show me they can put their foot on a teams throat in the 1st round

But I agree, people tweaking wanting the Bulls to slip to 4th. That's a much harder road to the Finals for this team IMO.

I lean more this route because the wiz no longer have old man miller the bulls killer and Beal regressing a bit. I also think Niko and rose will be a nightmare for them

And atlanta ailing a bit with Milsap injury and sefolosha being out.

Seems like a more favorable road, not to mention the hell indy could cause atl in the 1st rd.

I wanted the wiz based on fact we didn't have Niko .. Didn't have rose and this wiz team has had there own issues this year

Add to that no Andre Miller ..no ariza a banged up Nene and beal and to me they ain't as good as they were last year

Granted when I think about it n more detail , a fresh bulls squad against the cabs trumps a beat up and worn down 1 in the ECF

But I'd still take my chances based off fact that if we can't get past wiz or hawks we were never gonna get past the cabs ..
