Nah you can still jump in.
I felt the same way initially. I didn't really touch the game until the taken king.
I actually enjoyed it much more that way.

do you play solo and still enjoy it? i love diablo and loot games in general but usually do runs with friends. i play diablo solo at times but i think loot games are designed more for co-op and multiplayer.

I've played Destiny either way and still had fun.
I'm a huge Diablo 3 fan and have pour countless hours solo and co-op into that game.

Destiny sequel due out this fall

A sequel to Destiny will launch this fall, Activision announced in its fourth quarter 2016 financial results. The game promises to “broaden the franchise’s global reach, which along with follow-on content plans, sets the stage for growth.”

During a conference call Q&A, Activision said that they’re planning a big reveal that will “let the game do the talking,” and that it will have a “great cinematic story” and “great cast of memorable characters,” and is being made to be more accessible to casual players without removing the stuff core players enjoy. (Thanks, Midas.)

A Kotaku report published today, citing sources within Bungie, claims that Destiny 2 is coming to PC in addition to consoles, and will likely be a total overhaul, meaning you won’t be able to carry over your gear from the original Destiny. At least three other Activision studios are said to be working on the game in addition to Bungie.

Kotaku also reports that Activision will be awarded a “hefty chunk” of Bungie’s stock if the studio misses release this year. Prior to Destiny 2‘s planned fall release, Kotaku reports that the original Destiny will receive an update in the spring.

Not sure if I want to cop on PC or XB1. The PC release might open the floodgates to mad hacking and glitching smh.

But I'm there Day 1

Part 1 was cool but you basically had to spend mad extra money for it to be good.

I hated that shyt

Makes me not want part 2 unless the reviews are good and coli brehs suggest it.

Read some article on neogaf about how in the contract it's written that if destiny 2 doesn't launch this year they have to give up stock of the company to Activision :picard:

Wouldn't surprise me if it's true considering the first game had a meta critic contract
