If you buy the forsaken content it should give you a boost to level 30 on one character. If you plan on buying it don’t bother leveling up all three of your characters. Just use the boost for one of them. You have a long way to go but that’s cool that you’re liking it so far. The game got a lot of hate when it dropped just like the first one did but it’s in a great space now.
I spent this week creating and leveling a new Titan.
I forgot how fun the base campaign is. 1AU and Chosen are two great missions to close things out. It was also nice hearing the old music they played in the tower. It was some hopeful semi old school JRPG type shyt. Nice change of pace compared to the somber music that plays now.
Curse of Osiris is still fukking trash. The best part is the Perfect Paradox mission. What's worse is that by extension, it makes Warmind's plot dumb. It's hinted at the very end that the Stranger was working with Osiris (he calls your ghost little light like she did, and there's a random thing you can investigate that says someone's been modifying Vex equipment to allow Exos to interface with their Network)..........and then nothing comes of it. Allegedly the Stranger is supposed to be the sister of Ana, the main NPC from Warmind. And that shyt NEVER comes up.
It's all good, though. They're piecing together one hell of a story with connecting Forsaken back to The Taken King.

I got the Luna's Howl hand cannon from the comp playlist last week, playing solo, and i kinda wanna go for the Not Forgotten hand cannon, but 5500 glory points is just too much.
So basically, if you haven't copped Destiny 2 up until this point and want all of the current content, you can just buy the Forsaken version for $60 and get all of the previous content.
Before this update, in order to play Forsaken you had to buy the base game, the 2 expansions, and then the Forsaken.

This game is straight flames now! There’s so much to do and so much dope gear! That haunted forest is incredible. I’m gonna grind to get that level 600 auto rifle

Just jumped in on PC will definitely spend some time on it this weekend. I have just done the first mission so far.
I fukked my hand up BAD, so I haven't played in a little over a week. I think I will be able to play again around this weekend. When I am, I'll message you.

Just another player on a mic would help so much. I spent the last couple days solo queuing and its been rough. I cant seem to get beyond 1900 without some type of help. Everyone on my list moved on to COD
I'm sitting at around 1200 glory and while comp has been fun, going up against the bogus matchmaking has made it a nightmare on PC. Any one going for the Redrix Broadsword it's currently a triple XP weekend, so a good time to grind up a Valor rank reset or two, especially with it coinciding with IB. You'll need 5 resets over the season to get it
