After I beat the game and hit xp level 20 I did public events and completed milestones to get up to power level 265.

Breh this shyt is lit. I may have prematurely judged this game. I wanna start pvp but I'm trying to learn the maps first
I wouldn't worry so much about learning maps.
Just try to run with a full team of people you know with mics.
9 times out of 10 the teams that win are the one's communicating, and definitely stick together as a team.
That lone wolf call of duty stuff doesn't work in this game's pvp.
I use the Mida-Scout Rifle as my main gun in PVP and do some serious work.

Yeah there's like 5 or 6 of us on PC. If you're in the clan you should see us on the clan tab in your inventory when we're online. Both of my characters are at 304 light now so I'll be starting my 3rd soon to get ready for the DLC. When you finish campaign and get to like 270 power, hit me up to run some nightfalls.
