I get the worst RNG, all I want is Exotic arm piece for infusion, exotic auto rifle for infusion maybe exotic rocket launcher cause my build is mainly high rate of fire tons of melee.

I swear the last 10 exotics i got all Sniper Rifles, Fusion Rifles or Hand Cannons. Just non stop :mjcry:

At least my last 10 exotic drops have been useless to me. Plus plenty more before that. Not only that I'm seeing the same shyt and never seeing shyt I want to :mjlol:

I've seen Merciless 7 times, Darci 5 times, Borealis Twice

I feel like the game is trolling me my most powerful weapons are the only ones I dont want to use :mjcry:

yeah I agree. some of these design changes either make no sense to me, or I just don`t like.

snipers, shotties, fusions as power weapons and the whole 2 primary slot thing is my main gripe, mainly for pvp. the thrill of the hunt for the best weapons was lessened early cuz I got pretty much every weapon that interested me early on with no raid, 2 total nightfalls, and not much else since i've been busy

they show you a bunch of gear sets in the game but there is no gear set bonus. should've taken that from the Division

no individual strike specific gear, when D1 had it, was an odd decision to remove. unless you want a something from Zavalla, strikes are kinda just there

no more random rolls on gear/weapons could've worked if you can re-roll them afterwards for like a ton of shards, or a crafting system for the specific mods you want

dumbing down the currency (ie. no exotic shards, strange coins, etc) in the game means less grinding, which can be seen as good or bad cuz as a whole, the game is less grindy but now heads got everything they want, have done everything they want, and are already looking for something new so early on

I agree 1000% with everything you said breh and all of this is a valid reason as to why bungie should be getting hell because they had 3 years and a good formula already in place that they decided to kick to the side

Like I said, I blame this shyt on the bytch ass "I want a blockbuster movie and video game at the same time" ass gamers because they clearly dumbed everything down and focused on the Hollywood shyt to make these clowns happy when destiny 1 story was trash as far as delivery but the gameplay was A1+

Now all this being said, bungie has shown the capability to bend and fix shyt that needs to be fixed so we'll see...

And the previous weapons system was perfect in my opinion, all they needed to do was give out special once a match like hey give out "heavy" now. Then they get rid of heavy machine guns to add fukkin camp happy ass swords in rotation

They made a lot of ass backwards decisions with this game that I don't understand other than the fact that they're workin under activision and apparently activision has their thumb stuck up bungies ass

They really concentrated on the initial experience entirely too much with this game. They threw in the cliché blockbuster storyline that has so many plot holes if you reference any lore within the previous game. This was to appease the reviewers and the casual crowd that still want a sense of completion when they turn off the game I feel. End game has no purpose once you get around light level 300 because all armor in this game is cosmetic and the class systems are dumbed down from an already casual system.

In Bungie's effort to get rid of toxicity and make the game appealing to the 80% who play for maybe an hour a day, they've really pushed away a lot of that 20% who given this game the benefit of the doubt for the past 3 years.

Yeah they got their high scores from the reviewers who will only play the first 5 hours, which of course are probably the most polished hours of the game, but this game is honestly just an improvement over vanilla Destiny 1 rather than a sequel to Destiny from Rise of Iron. There's still plenty of time for this game to grow, but with the initial direction this game has taken, I really don't see myself playing this anywhere near how I played Destiny 1.

Got a massive exotic engrams in crucible I went from 265 to 272

Damn weapon was 281 :damn:
Then got a legendary engrams at 281 at heroic event

My breh mad cuz I passed him in power level cuz he been ahead since we had the game and plays more than I do while i have to drive to his crib to just play this

Saw some of u post ur thoughts on d2
I played d1 but not long so I don't have much

But I don't like the weapons layout never should of fukked with it at all
Don't like being limited to supers in PvP I remember I got it faster in d1

Story is way better this time around I know

Anything else beyond that I didn't get chance play destiny past the first story due to me buying a house so I lost out

I fukking hate people fukking up public events when I'm bout to make it heroic tho shyt is aggravating as shyt

shyt was kinda underwhelming after realizing i was hit with the key glitch :francis:

But glad i got through it.

Is the 290+ grind just raiding and weekly milestones?

What else drops gear that high?

Random exotic drops at public events are usually plus 5 you're base light level in my experience, so that's one way.

But I'm 291 and got no one to Raid with and it's been mostly that and milestones crawling my way up.

Someone bring me on the raid in the clan so we can get the clan engram too :mjcry:

I hit 270 last night.
I'll be ready for the raid soon. Might have to wait until the weekend to make sure I have enough time.

Was trying to level my Hunter last night and servers were on some goofy sh*t. Kept getting kicked.

I'm out of town on the road for most of the week so I feel like I'm going to miss out :mjcry:

i get people's complaints about the game, but instead of comparing this to RoI d1, yall gotta compare this to vanilla d1....cause this was in development for awhile, even during d1 days......for the most part, this is just the base game, the same way vanilla d1 was the base game.....what's gonna make/break the time people spend on d2 is what bungie does going forward.....

also, while yall trying to blame the changes on people wanting a story in the game, which i dont mind cause the lore is great in the game, most of the changes for d2 were done with pvp in mind, so blame pvp players...pvp players are the reason there are no random rolls; that snipers/shotties/etc are the same weapon class; that pvp is more gun than ability based (which i like); etc...cause while bungie made an effort to make the game appeal to casuals, they also made an effort to appease pvp players....and now they the main ones complaining cause even though they got what they wanted, they cant lone wolf in the game lol....

with that said: i'm still having a ball with the game...i think it's cause although i've played a good amount, i've taken my time and didnt grind myself crazy to get to a certain light level....

oh yea, think it's gonna be interesting what that first patch does to the game....it's gonna show us how bungie plans to balance/address shyt in the game, and what side they favor more.....say that cause we know they havent separated pvp & pve balancing, and even though people complain about high cal rounds in pvp, you take that off the weapons with it, and those weapons will suck in pve....and i know, people will say 'pve is so easy, you can use whatever', well, the same goes for pvp cause of teamwork/shots & no level advantages....

...anyway, think we'll get it before the game drops on pc....
