lol you're fine, you not doing nothing wrong....that's normal for that level...others (including myself) are probably just grinding more than you to get higher.....dont worry, the higher your level gets, the higher shyt that will drop for you....if you like, take a break from the story and go do random shyt like public events, to help you build your level and get gear...
