Didn't realize that he is/would show up at training camp, but it makes sense that he would considering that he isn't suspended nor on the Exempt List. Even if he was, I think you can still practice you just can't play in actual games. I can't see Cleveland willingly holding him out like Houston did with all they gave up to get him, so I would assume that they'll try and throw him out there in live games and force the league to either put on the Exempt List or let him play under a suspension is rendered.
