This is exactly why you can't "win" in any sexual assault type of cases. If he did or didn't do anything criminal, I don't know. What I do know is that a Grand jury said that there wasn't enough evidence that he did anything wrong. Despite their findings you had people saying he got off because he was rich or he's a star athlete, etc...
Which brings me to today. Another grand jury is considering indictment. Call him a freak, a weirdo, a fun boy...whatever, but he's been through 1 trial already and the jury determined he didn't do anything criminal according to the evidence presented to them.
This is the stain of those kind of charges, just the words associated with your name will make you guilty in the eyes of some people instantly. At this point, this is an obvious money grab, which is what I always thought it was. Buzbee is neighbors with the Texans owner and these allegations just happen to come to light once DeShaun tells him he'll never play for them again?!?! Dudes can find that totally coincidental, but not believe a grand jury when they chose not to indict?!?!
No matter how many time he's cleared by a grand jury, a large number of people will never believe he didn't do something wrong. He'll never get the stain off his name. Society, ironically, got him playing a game he just can't win.

That is what the prosecution wants. It's going to be hard to prove in a court of law that what they did was consensual or not. Watson's name is already damaged regardless of this outcome. So why settled when they already ruined your rep. If you are Watson, you probably figure that it's better to be known just as a horny b*stard than an outright rapist. You can somewhat recover with some "counseling" and doing some volunteering for women's rights as long you win on the field.
Also, a lot of these so called masseuses do offer sexual favors while giving out massages. I know from prior experience
