I'm not saying he's rushing it. It's been two years. I'm saying what if he gets injured like Paul George. There's no reward for a dumb international basketball tournament except a pointless medal. Team USA is not going to pay back the Chicago Bulls for any loss. They aren't doing it for the Indiana Pacers. Pacers 2014-15 season is down the proverbial toilet right now. They may still make it into the playoffs. If Rose gets hurt during this competition, then it just aint meant to be
You make that post as if hes rushing back from injury or some shyt, hes 100% and ready to go
At least we can see his right leg and knee can handle the force of triple his weight. Please stop doing that landing on one leg shyt. Please
This sounds like an ex player talking point on sportscenterRose needs this for his confidence and to get back into game shape
Nothing does that more than him competing at a high level vs the best in the nba and vs great competition around the world
The guy can't be kept in a bubble. He has had ample enough time to rest heal and get physically fit. He needs to play all the games he can right now so by mid season his timing and rhythm is there. I see no issue with using team USA as a conduit to getting ready for the regular season
I don't know why Derrick Rose is playing for Team USA. I can see how its an opportunity to get back into the groove, but it's also a chance to get injured for a zero-reward competition.
He's paid to play. All the points and whatever else he does on the court can count towards a financial bonus via a contract escalator, if its in his contract. Winning the world cup of basketball gives him zero dollars.as if getting injured during the regular season merits any rewards
