Good to see Antoine Fuqua getting more work. I haven't seen Olympus Has Fallen but it did good at the box office, so hopefully he'll continue getting work. We need more black directors who don't dress up as women.

How you know what he does in his downtime, bruh? :steviej:

Tyler Perry is fukking awful. For Colored Girls is the most offensive, c00ning, disgusting piece of vile filth EVER committed to Cinema...

We still have John Singleton, F.Gary Gray, the dude who directed Shame, and the Gawd Spike Lee to hold us down:eat:

Steve McQueen :blessed:

The only good thing I'll say about Tyler Perry is that he provides jobs for a lot of black people in the film industry, and that knocks one of the biggest glass ceilings for blacks down: lack of experience. So many black technical people, writers, and actors can't get a shot - and because they have no resume or connections they just languish. Perry at least makes sure he has an army of black makeup people, designers, sound people, lighting, etc getting much needed experience so they can advance their careers.
